Default Gone cold on this one

Wife texts husband at work on a cold Winter's morning
    stating "Windows frozen, won't open".

Husband texts back "Gently pour lukewarm water over it".

Wife replies five minutes later, "Computer blew up a puff
of smoke and now doesn't work at all".

Bill Gates got into his car and it would not start.

He closed all the windows, got out, got back in and opened all the windows.

    It started.

    LOL!

    I did see it coming.

(It is probably something SWMBO would do.)

I have a work colleague who is married to a Swiss man. She was telling me that he thinks we are all crazy in Melbourne for pouring water on our frozen windscreens and we don't understand how risky that is because it might crack the windscreens. He uses a scraper to get the ice off of his.

My response to her was that if it got to minus 10 degrees in Melbourne I wouldn't be pouring water over it either. Apparently she hadn't thought of that....

    Cheers
