    I heard my wife(aka SWMBO) and grandson with this interlude yesterday.


    This morning, when our 3 years-old grandson, saw SWMBO putting on
    a pale green face-mask. (Something she rarely does.)

    "What ya doin'?" he said.

    "I'm putting on a face mask," She replied.

    "What it for?" he asked.

    "It's to make Nanna look more beautiful," She told him.

    He stood looking at her in that considering way that small children
    have, then said as gently as possible, "Well ... it don't."
