I went into centrelink to apply for the age pension but unfortunately forgot to take my ID to prove that I was eligible. The helpful lady behind the counter asked me to unbutton my shirt, which I did. She said the wrinkles and grey hairs proved that I was definitely old and she was happy to sign me up for the pension.
When I got home and told my wife the story she said "if you'd unbuttoned your pants she'd have signed you up for the disability allowance as well".
Cheers,
Geoff.
