    Lady visits doctor for medical examination.
    Dr informs her all is well-
    Blood pressure good, cholesterol good etc etc.
    He then suggests that he should take a look at that part of her anatomy that gets her into the most trouble.
    The lady begins to remove her clothes.
    "No need for that," says the Dr. "Just stick out your tongue."
