    Biden, Putin, and Xi were arguing about Who's in charge of the world?

    US, Russia, or China?

    Without any conclusion, they turned to "Narendra Modi", the Indian Prime Minister and asked him *Who's in Charge of the World?*

    I have often wondered if we could outsource Parliament to India for 10% of the cost and actually don't pay them if they stuff up.. saves a ton of money and we don't have to do the election thing..
