Spy at the Royal Mint
Last Christmas I got a job at the Royal Mint as a spy. I had to watch over
fellow employees in case they decided to take a few coins.
I must have done a good job as they presented me with a certificate
stating that I was the best mint spy they had had in a long time.Life is short ... smile while you still have teeth.

I always thought that the Mint made coins, and the Note Printing Works made banknotes.
So no banknotes to pocket at the Mint.
No wonder you did such a good job.
