    Default Staff Meeting

The boss always scheduled the weekly staff
meeting for four thirty on Friday afternoons.

When one of the employees finally got up the nerve to ask why, he explained.

    "I will tell you why… I've learned that's the
only time of the week when none of you seem to want to argue with me."
    Androgens Order
Forgive your enemies, but never, ever forget their names.
The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naïve forgive and forget; the wise forgive but never forget.

I had a boss that liked to schedule meetings for 4:30 PM. A co-worker and I cured him of the tactic.

The co-worker and I bought a round of drinks at a nearby pub for the staff, starting at about 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting. The next week, the boss was complaining about everyone missing the meeting. He asked his "Favored" one where everybody was. The boss was told about me and the co-worker buying the first rounds of drinks at the pub. The boss lamented that he wasn't invited to which the Favored one said, "You were busy with a meeting or something."
