An old farmer in the outback was getting his injured
arm stitched up by a visiting doctor. To make
conversation, the doctor asked the old bloke what he
thought of Kevin Rudd.

The old farmer said, "He's like a fence post turtle."

The doctor was puzzled and asked the farmer what he
meant.

The old bloke replied, "When you're driving along a bush
road and you see a turtle balanced on a fence post,
that's a fence post turtle."

This puzzled the doctor even more and he asked the old
farmer to explain. The farmer said, "Well, you know that
he didn't get there by himself, he definitely doesn't belong
up there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there
and you've just got to wonder what kind of idiot put him
up there in the first place."
