Default Another stubby owner in ballarat

A couple of rabbit shooters were walking through Calm's (David's)
farm in Ballarat and spoke to him. They asked, "Who owns the
    property next to yours mate?"
David replied, "A bloke called John Munruben owns it. He originally
lived in Wallan but split from his missus after ten years of marriage.
He and his four sons moved up here six months ago. He took on a
fish and chip shop initially but went broke soon after arrival. He had
a heart attack after that and owes a great deal of money around town.
He is knocking around with a rich widow and with a bit of luck
things will improve soon. He has already ordered a new tractor,
milking machines, a new windmill and a Stubby wood lathe".

One of the shooters asked, "Do you think he would let us shoot a
    few bunnies on his property".

David replied, "Dunno, he hasn't been here long enough for me to
    know him very well yet".
