How to use 1/2 shank end mills in a ER 11 Chinese spindle
Hello all,
I have purchased a 110v spindle for my personal CNC router and was stuck with the small ER 11 collet. I need to use a 1/2 shank end mill for a school final project. Is there some kind of adapter from ER 11 to ER 20. Or even just a chuck with a 1/4 shank that can take up to 1/2 tool diameter.

The short answer is 'no'.
If you need to use a 1/2" bit in a small chuck then the only way is to buy a 1/2" bit with a 1/4" shaft.
Depending on what you are cutting this is quite easy and cheap.
