2011 National Manufacturing Week - Melbourne
Hey All,
Haven't seen it posted around here but just thought that i'd post this for anyone who doesn't know and is down the Melbourne way. This year the manufacturing expo is bigger and better than ever with all plastics, electronics and manufacturing suppliers and demonstrators, so if you want to drool over some commercial machines, get ideas and get a few freebies head on down. Companies like ART, Multicam, Amarda and more will be displaying their machines and products. Its a great way to find new suppliers for your machine bits and pieces as well as an easy way to get rid of that extra $250K....just don't take the deed to your house. lol.
Details can be found here. Unfortunately i should have posted this the other day, as there is only 2 days left, but i have been busy. Either way if you can its well worth the effort to see it.

N M week.
Hi Twistedfuse,
I did put it on the Calender, but I don't think anybody saw it. I should have also put it in Announcements.
I did go on Wed. What a great Show it was, even though I'm into Wood. You always pickup something to help you out in the Shed. Anyway I had a Great Day.
Everything was there as usual, & I didn't take any Photos, which I could have, just to make the others drool.
There are still a few Days to go, so anybody reading this may make it. It is a long walk, & it may be wise to take something to eat & drink, the food is rather expensive.Regards,
issatree.

Hi daniel
Yes the show was great, espeacially with AusPlas there this year. The floor space was bigger than Sydney last year but comparable to when it was at darling harbour.
Yet again some interesting techniques and items on show.
You will need to go next year again.
Mick
p.s. I did bring you back some goodies so don't complain.Michael
'I am' is reportedly the shortest sentence in the English language. Could it be that 'I do' is the longest?
