Thread: Z Actuator needed

Hi All , I have been having issues with my machine loosing zero on Z for a while now. It only happens when in V- Carve mode and not for pocket cuts or cuting out. I can get buy if doing a sign by doing 3 or 4 letters at a time at say 25mm high text then re zero it and carry on , tis a bit boring but still gets the job done. If I let it run after say 4 or 5 letters of text it just gets deeper and deeper. I believe the actuator is stuffed and makes a god awful noise at times. Anyhow I been looking on ebay and have found them to be getting scarcer by the week so if anyone has a THK LM KR33A 200mm lying around let me know if you're interested in selling.
