    Good to hear.

Nothing special we have just beat you to making all the mistakes first.

Greg is an expert on Mach3 and should be able to help you to reset CV with some angular measurements to stop the corner problem.
    Cheers,
    Rod

The most important thing with getting CV to work properly is do the motor tuning.

Set the acceleration as high as possible while still maintaining positional integrity. Not loose steps. Some trial and error is needed here. Acceleration is much more important than rapid speed.

Then turn on CV and turn off every other CV setting including the two on the settings page.

I use no other setting on any of my machines and get nice crisp corners. However many home built machines lack a little in performance and may need further tweaking.

This is the starting point. There are some other settings which may help if needed, but see how you go.

    Greg
