Well this isn't going to work this is what's good about doing it this way for me I can visualise the problems before I start making parts.
So I have decided to mock up some SCVUU Bearing Blocks see if I can get them a litte tighter to the Ballscrew Nut will also need to move rails and ballscrew back so I have more room for the Nut brackets/housings.
You will also see on the picture that I have a number of lines etc these are all axis's and planes used for lining everything up.
So if you have something round like a Rail and you want to put it through a hole first of all you put an axis though the Rail and then one through the hole then you align those two axis's with a constraint seems easy and it is after the boys on the Alibre forum help you outI like to move it move it, I like to move it.

Yep. Drawing up your design first is an excellent way to go. It helped me keep things as tight as possible.

your ballscrew nut has a nipple for oil , dont forget to allow access to it a 14mm hole in top should be enough

Alibre tutorials
I had great aspirations of drawing my next build with Alibre, but my trial has expired by the time I got through the tutorials, and I always seem to pick some thing difficult to draw and just end up getting frustrated with it. It was the same when I was learning Aspire but the video tutorials were my savior.
Just wondering if any Alibre users shelled out the extra for the video tut's and if it helped. I wish these things had an intensive course you could do for a couple of days with someone who can answer all your questions as you go.
I'd be totally screwed without forums.
Tim.Simple solutions are only simple in hindsight.

I dont have the tutes as yet xmas has swallowed a lot of $$ this year normally I just work through things but the end of this month I will have saved a few $ to get them as well.
Do I think I need them well for the cost they cant hurt and I can use them as a reference.I like to move it move it, I like to move it.
