Ken
Don't think so I deleted everything before I reloaded it last time
Perhaps I should start from scratch again?
Cheers Tony

Bob
Dignostic's page
"Port 1 Pins current state" none of the grey indicators were lit in a green state
All grey
Update
I removed mach form hard drive and re loaded
Got computer guru ( wife) to check that I hadn't left anything when I deleted Mach from the hard drive
Restarted, re config still nothing, now I can hear a real klunk of the magnets engaging on steppers when I start the controller
Iv put a multi meter on the USB and it tests to 5 volts At end of lead into BoB
The BoB has its green LED lit up showing healthy
The LED on steppers boards is lit green, but also is the red LED (all 3 boards)
The jog on/off is green
So am wondering if multi pin lead from computer to controller might have failed ?
Did a driver test,, the first time I did it ( after reboot) it said pulsing too fast, have it set at 25khz
, but when it went to second stage, (system under Mach 3 control) it showed
system excellent, hope I haven't confused anyone with the last paragraph
So at end of day am still none the wiser as to what's happened
Thank you in advance to any advice forthcoming
Cheers Tony
