Biesseworks help!!!
Hi All,
I am a new member in this forum. It's nice to see the forum dedicated to the woodworking.
I just had entered into woodworking industry by joining a new company. As i had working experince in metal industry and CNC Machine, i thought it would be easy to work with wood compare to metals (But in actual it's not).
Now straight to the point, i used to work on the heidenhain, sinumerik, mitsubishi ontroller. And now i had started working with the Biesse Rover. Some how i found out that Biesse it totally different as a controler in compare to sinumerik. some of the basic things like cycle time, machine ideal hours, machine working hours, linear meters, tool life and short of some other features that i can't find in Biesse.
If anyone around will like to help me finding out this things as even Biesse Sales Rep got confused when i asked him this questions ???
Thank you for reading,
cheers,

While I've never used a Biesse, I've been in the industry for nearly 20 years using very similar machines. From my experience, the features you mentioned are not typically found in these woodworking machines. They use controls tailored specifically for their machines, and are really very basic.
