Bright eyes
This is not my idea, I copied it from somebody else somewhere.
I wanted to have more light at the point where the cutter meets the work.
I saw an idea for using the angel eyes LEDs that are used in some car headlights, and I made a small collar to go round the neck of the spindle and I attached the angel eyes to the collar with double sided tape.

The 100mm refers to the OD of the ring. This particular one has an ID of about 83mm. They vary.Bob Willson

Hi Tony
Well they don't use all that much power, so I just ran another 12v line from one of the two large torroid power supplies that I use. It comes on automatically when I start up the PSU for the Z axis.Bob Willson
