Finished wiring the motors and checked out my 3 axises with motors in Mach3. All motors & axis work. I'm a very happy camper right now. So I went back and wired the gecko chiller and the DB9 for the homing and limit switches. I dropped the auxiliary relay output and the VFD DB9 port from the schematic. I'll probably go back and install it whenever I decide to buy a VFD, for now it'll run wth a Makita router.
I'll probably spend heaps of time after work this week working n the table now
BTW, that gecko box looks pretty snazzy! Good choice on the enclosure for that one Peter.

So the CNC is done, here's a few pics of it and a little video I still have some problems, I've been told I might have a backlash problem, not too sure how to fix that (see other thread, "rhino/madcam/mach3")
