Just looking up how to get from Cairns to Babinda,

    Greyhound bus.

    Cairns 7:45am Babinda 8:35am

    Babinda 7:10pm Cairns 8:00pm

Does that sound the best idea Russell?

Hi Greg, I think the Rod bus might be a better option

I am sure he mentioned he was heading down from Cairns on the Saturday morning, other than that I am sure I can organise something...gotta look after the long distance travelers !

    Cheers.

I sent Greg a PM this morning but haven't heard back yet.

I like Rod Bus but we better call it minbus, no microbus.
    Cheers,
    Rod

I will check with Rod as to what he is bringing. Won't have much room in my swag but should be able to bring something.

Anything in particular that would be helpful Russell?

Hey Greg, maybe the head that you made on the 4th axis. Also the picture you engraved the looks fantastic when held to the light. Those were interesting.

Hi Greg, Rod's has sent a parcel of demo pieces here already, I have been resisting the urge to snoop through it and get a glimpse of his work

Rod has mentioned talking to you about some Mach screens and demo pieces, this would be great if you could do so. Let me know what you need for this, most of my shed PC's run linux and EMC so if you need a windows PC I could organise something without too much trouble. Can you do your demo using the trial version of Mach ? If so I can do a bare bones install during the week.

    Cheers.

    Russell.

I can bring a laptop. Do you have a large monitor or projector we could use?

Hi Greg, sounds like a plan, one of the guys is bringing a projector, failing that we can use a large screen TV.

    Russell.
