CNC Help!
Hi, I have a Mk1 Parf guide which can't do offset holes, so I have designed a jig to hold the Parf drilling jig in the correct position. I am thinking of 8-10mm Phenolic or similar & maybe a prototype in MDF. Is any member willing to take on the job, your rates? Peter

Probably easiest if there's someone near you as post to-and-fro may be a pain, but it's a pretty easy project. Unfortunately I've sold my parf guide, or I could have cnc'd one for you and checked everything before sending it off.
Any hoo - here's a F360 render. 15 more minutes to do some tool paths and it'd be good to go.

If you can't find someone nearby and feel like looking into post from Newcastle NSW I'd be happy to knock one up for you. I don't really have time to chase materials, so apart from MDF from the Green shed, you'd need to send me a piece of phenolic, or find what you want near to me and let me know what/where and I'll pick it up. Pay the cost of materials + post - that's all.

Thanks
Cheers, I appreciate your offer. I have contacted a number of local CNC companies. I will be interested in the quotes.
I can currently cross cut 435mm on my home made table. This mod will increase it to 575mm. Peter
