You may have said earlier in the thread but, what have you done about air quality?

Hi Greg I am running two hoses with a water filter trap inbetween them another at the Plasma end with a paper filter seems to work ok for the time being.
I just try to keep it as dry as possible.

I have seen pictures of that filter. Hafco.
Is it true that it uses a toilet roll?

Na its not toilet roll paper but many do apparently use a toilet roll when they require replacement I think there is two different brands.
Haven't tried it as yet and well most of the time Toilet paper is in short demand in this house lolI like to move it move it, I like to move it.

Regarding getting hold of Mesa cards things seem to be taking a bad turn there. I'd read these threads before committing to a Linuxcnc / Mesa boards journey.
Mesa have just crapped on me and I'm furious. It's not only what they did but their don't give a attitude about it.
LinuxCNC: Mesa (1/2)
I wish you better luck with Mesa Electronics
I've just wasted 8 weeks learning C programming and microcontrollers, so that I can interface to a Mesa board I ordered. Read the threads and you'll see the stories of me and others.
If you like to be treated like crap, order from them, then when your product doesn't get sent out, email them so you can be ignored ALWAYS, then after 4 weeks when the credit card funds hold runs out (and thus your order is dead), keep on waiting for your product because Mesa doesn't inform you that your order is now dead.
Then after EIGHT weeks, when it finally dawns on you to ask about how long the credit card hold lasts, you get a very blunt reply of 30 days I'll cancel your order, and that's how it ends.
Mesa can't even send out stock boards. They are completely ignoring us little guys while they service their bigger OEM fish. Fair enough but don't have a website advertising products with an online store if you are never going to send those orders out.
