    Default CNC Router

I am new here, just registered today, so I hope I am in the right place to ask this. I have been considering buying a CNC router so that I can make signs from wood. I have been asked several times over the years to make signs and I have tried to do it manually with a little success, but not like I would like to make them. I would appreciate any recommendations as to which CNC router to buy.

You've asked a difficult question. Hardware is less important than knowing if you can learn the software first.

If you are a beginner and know little about CNC then a complete working unit is best for you with simple software. Probably looking at around AUD 2.5k minimum.

Hard to give a recommendation as I only know the one I have.

I noticed you are from the USA.
There is a very active forum which I think is Canadian based. They sell the LongMill and write the gSender software.
There are some very knowledgeable guys on there who would have a better idea of what is available in your area.
