Coming along nicely John.
Those actuators can have some strange bolt configurations sometimes. I had one recenlty where the actuator bolt holes were 0.1mm off centre. You couldn't pick it and when I cut the motor adapter it wasn't centred.
I think you should take a few days off work before you leave so you can get stuck into it.Cheers,
Rod

Yikes! It's been two years since I started this thread and one year since I did any work on my machine.
2010 has been a pretty crappy year all-round which has kept my attention away from anything CNC. I am hoping to get back into my build in 2011 and get it finished.
For the time being I have some reading to catch on with all the posts that I have missed.

Hi John,
I like to see the nice crisp lines of fresh milling. Your machine is looking good and you now have most of the hard bits done so it shouldn't be too long now. You certainly have hit the ground running this time.Cheers,
Rod
