looks good
now the table and z axis will vibrate together it should cut ok with aluminium
what size motors will you be running , with some decent steppers there might be some yaxis flex in the x axis direction , if you can make the foot print wider on the xaxis rail it will run aluminium 10x better

dont start cutting just yet
you cable chains will be a bastard to mount , how about extending the ends of the x axis , out past the yaxis support , so you can span an angle to carry your cable chain , same with the y axis bring the support side out past the Z axis "carriage " so you can easily mount an angle spanning the distance ( whats your x axis travel now ?)
you have to remember that if you want to cut 50mm deep , the mill end has to hang out the spindle at least 50mm, so make sure your spindle can rise up high enough , ive found 100mm a bit too much , as you wont get bits over 100mm long to fit the small spindles , but the height is good for sacrificial sheets and clamping , but the lower the y axis beam the more accurate it will be //// tough decision
soon after you notice y axis racking you will want to put 2 ball screws under it , it might pay to accurately drill those holes now , if your cutting aluminium i would recommend a dual ball screw x axis , but a single will work
also have a look at some of designs that have been built on this site , it might pay to get the x axis rails out of the dust and grit, hard up under the y axis

Thanks SDS Will have a think about those things.
Had a quote from Chai form Linearmotionbearings, it will cost $364 USD to kit this machine out, which I think is not so bad as with the exchange rate.Regards Ben

Changed the design again, now the frame and rails are connected as one with 50 x 50 RHS, let us know what you think.
Thanks BenRegards Ben
