    Question Cone Wiper

    My Kress Router comes with a cone wiper but I have no idea what it is and what it does. Anybody knows?

    Looks to me like it might be a collet cleaning attachment, so when you change the collet's you just give it a wipe with a twist to get rid of any dust/swarf before you put the next one in.

    It's just a guess though
