Very nice work Woodman12, I am very new to this game, I have never heard of corian, is it wood or some synthetic material? would also like to know where to obtain some for a trial run?

Got this tidbit from the web:

Invented by DuPont™ in 1967, Corian® is the original solid surface.
    DuPont™ Corian® is a solid, seamless, non-porous homogeneous
surfacing material made from natural minerals and acrylic resin.

There are lots of other brands of similar materials around. Although I have only ever machined Corian.

It is hard to buy officially as Dupont only sell to registered or certified users.

Most often the best way of obtaining some is to find a kitchen bench top business that uses it and ask them for some offcuts.

Thanks Greolt, that sounds like a good idea, we have five or six cabinet makers in the area I will try and get some off cuts and give it a try
