    Default Dual Probe/Touch-plate set-up

Hi Guys - very long time with no post, but I am back with a question for your consideration - and wisdom - I have already sent a PM to Rod, but thought it a bit tough loading him up with the issue on his own - so over to the open forum.

I want to run a Digitizing Probe on my machine, and I have 'found' that Mach3 now has a Digitizing Wizard included, and I can use that for the probing.

However, I have one small problem. I am using Greolt's Touch Probe macro and running my touch plate from input 13 on a CNC4PC C10 break-out board (been running well for several years now - many thanks Greolt).
I actually have two C10 break-out boards on the machine, and have a couple of spare inputs available, but Mach3 has only one 'Probe' setting under inputs.

Can't work out how to have both the Touch Plate and a Digitizing Probe working concurrently - needs someone with a lot more electronic knowledge than i have, I reckon.

Just wondering if you know of any work-around so I can keep my Touch Probe and also run the Digitizing Probe?

    Tough call I know.
    Cheers
    Noel

Last week someone on the Mach3 forum came up with this idea. Assign the Probe to input #1 (or any input) and write a Brain to trigger the Probe input whenever Input #1 is active. There's probably a very slight delay (milliseconds or less?) but probably not noticeable at slow probing speeds.
I haven't actually tried it, but I posted the Brain here:
