    Exclamation Giant Prusa

For 3D print enthusiasts who may have missed it, Prusa has announced their latest printer - a behemoth with a 360mmx360mmx360mm print volume (or about a weeks worth of printing I expect).

Many clever new features - modular heating elements for print bed, auto-changer for multiple print heads (up to 5), auto Z adjustments etc etc.

It costs a few shekels. Pay some now, form an orderly queue, and wait for the extensions to the 2022 Q2-3 shipping date.

First look at the Original Prusa XL - YouTube

I reckon 2 or 3 print heads would be the way to go - a standard nozzle for normal printing, a 0.8mm for those giant prints, and maybe another for a soluble support material.

Looks great ..i bought a CR-6 max as i have a Flash Forge already and because i didn’t know when Prussia would actually deliver…..But as you say its great to have huge print volume. Just turn it on and come back in a weeks time and pick up your job……But 3D printers i think can do some really interesting stuff…..mind you I’m a total newbie. My idea came about after buying a vacuum pump and using the 3D printer to make moulds.
