Default Any Gippslanders with CNC router?

Hi Guys I am looking for someone within a short driving distance that I can interrogate about their build, and many more questions. My project is nearing the frame finish, I have to mount the leadscrews and finish Z axis. I live in Bairnsdale.

    Regards Pete

Im in Pakenham and am building my first CNC currently. Its only a small hobby level one for stuffing around with. Its based off the JGRO design and is half way done. just waiting for bearings, rails and electronics.

i see that some of the big brand name CNC machines are becoming a lot cheaper, i recently saw that you can buy a basic Biesse flat bed router with a drill head and 9 Kw spindle from as little as $70K, i always remember Biesse being really expensive. Im not really one to build my own machine i would prefer some one to do the hard work.
