    Default A new laser cutter!

    But not mine
    This is now installed in the Hobart Hackerspace. (or if you Twitter - https://twitter.com/HobHackerspace)

    I didn't get to play with it at the last meeting as there was a problem with the CNC router that needed attention.
    The X-axis was sticking so we removed the X axis ballscrew and took the ballnut apart to clean it - it was full of aluminium dust from (I suspect) from machining some anodised aluminium.
    When I left it was still in pieces with all the balls sitting in a bucket.. I hope it's back together for tomorrow's open day.!
