QUESTIONS: CNC and making chess knights
Hello group, is it possible to make a chess knight using a type of CNC machine with CAD/CAM software? Here is an example of one I am talking about: camknight.jpg They use to have to make these using chisels and hand-carving tools. On a side note I am unable to use the enter command key to go down a line. How do I do that? thank you CG

Yes it is possible to make one of these using a 4 axis CNC machine.
I don't know how to do it, but I can see that it would be entirely within the capacity of the machines. You would just need to draw the part and then make up the required Gcode to manufacture the item
As to using the enter key to go down a line. Are you talking about using the enter key within IE or Firefox or similar?Bob Willson
The term 'grammar nazi' was invented to make people, who don't know their grammar, feel OK about being uneducated.
