    Default spindle speed.need help

    Hallo all
I have kinda problem with my new cnc 6040:
It came with controller box (not VFD, but controller box ) and the controller looks like this:

I am not familiar with PD000 stuff yet but I think it is set and locked by manufacturer as my spindle works.
    Here's trouble:
the spindle must have 24000rpm as the manual says so,
but the controller screen shows maximum speed 9990-9995rpm
    Could you help please??

    Hi dito

We may be able to help if you tell us a little more about your machine.

The display that is on the front of your control box is actually the display from a VFD, so if you open up the box and see where the ribbon cable on the rear of the display goes to, that will be your VFD. Look for any helpful numbers or names. It may also be in the instruction manual.

The very first PD (PD000) controls the ability of the operator to modify the other PDs; so if it is set at 0 then change it to a one and that will enable you to modify all other PDs
