I'd like to take one off your hands if it can be freighted to Perth at reasonable cost. If not, I wouldn't mind just getting the touch screen from one.
Cheers

I'll get them to my place first then work out what works and what doesn't and post back here, I'm not sure on the weight so they could be too heavy to ship.
Pickup for those who can would be at Mount Annan, NSW 2567

Hey Chris,
Thats awesome news. I am glad i posted it and someone took the option.
I'll definitely be keen after you settle down and figure out everything along with a price for your time and effort.
Again its great news and hopefully a few members benefit from it and i hope you make a few bucks towards some projects your thinking about.

Picked them all up today.
I'll probably start stripping some of them this weekend due to the amount of room they are taking up. The local tip should be willing to take the carcasses for free given the amount of steel in it.
They are all very similar models but there was one all steel stand which I'm planning to keep myself, they are all ex-commonwealth bank units so all HDD's look to be gone.
The biggest let down is they don't have a steel support frame, its a plastic molded backing with a 3mm? steel front face and 6mm? plate for the base with a bunch of steel support brackets attached to the plastic backing to make it more rigid.
If anyone wants any they can be picked up from this weekend - wednesday and then from sunday - thursday the following week, pay what you want if anything, a few bucks to cover the fuel is more than enough.

Well that had to be a buzz! getting through without much competition, I suppose being able to pick them all up was a big plus. Do you have them all spoken for yet, I know Geoff(Simsy) was keen. If 1 or 2 were available I would make a couple of calls to see if I could get them transported to Perth.

No takers yet, might just post them around on other forums also and find some takers.
Pulled 4 apart today, 3 of 4 computers have a sticker listing a problem (mostly HDD faults, the HDD is present its just tiny that I missed it on first glance), 3 of 4 screens boot up-to the startup logo, have yet to hook them to a pc, the 4th screen had a 240V cable shorted internally so I'm assuming this was the cause of its death.
Heres a pic of whats inside

The PC is M-ITX?, I'm not sure yet on the processor though, 256MB DDR400 ram.

LCD is a standard off the shelf unit DB15? the blue one 1024x768 resolution, touch screen is a USB 3M Touchscreen - EXII, drivers are avaliable via 3M website, can be adapted to any LCD screen, held on with electrical tape?.
The kiosks may be all gone now, but may have a few touchscreens and possibly a monitor available for you pippin I will be finalizing numbers tomorrow.
I've had a few monitors not work so there isn't as many available as I was hoping.
{EDIT}
I was wrong its some double sided adhesive rubber holding on the touchscreen glass panel, the tape was just to hide the circuit? traces.
