Just a few WIP pics of an Australian Cedar hall table that I'm putting back together.
This is another piece that I'll sell on as there is no room in the house.
No real before shots because it was dragged from the farm shed in a pile of bits.

Most of the time spent was removing the coat of paint.

Cleaning and polishing the legs in the lathe.

I replaced both of the sides as one had a tenon cut off, and the other was smashed (see pic). Hard to add floating tenons when the tenon is lined up with the face of the board.

The front apron was interesting. Very ratty at the back and tapered along its length.
One good face was all that was required.

The back rail is Baltic Pine.
Frame parts and the glue up.

The top was stripped, cleaned and jointed.

The table is all together now and getting a good coat of polish.

I'll post an after pic when it's done.
