Default Drop front English Oak desk

Hi looking some information on the age and correct name for this desk. Bought it yesterday with legs in pieces and temporary put it together. Some replacement wood will have to go on but will be stable after gluing and clamping. From the documents we found when cleaning we have a bill reminder from 1946 and a photo dated April 1919. There is a leadlight display cabinet to go with it. The plan is to properly wash with water and some light sanding at bottom of legs before adding lacquer to match. I was thinking for the handles some Brasso.

I think it is "drop front desk" but would it be Jacobean style?

    Thank you for the help.

    Cheers, Nick
