screws and hinges circa 1800
Does anyone know of a source for reproduction (or original) brass hinges and screws circa 1800. I'm restoring a tea caddy and it has one broken hinge which is not surprising seeing a botched 'repair' used inch and a quarter long modern screws instead of the half inch originals.
Cheers,
Jim

Graeme Brown will likely have some suitable hinges and screws (steel, not brass for c1800).
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
