Now Keith that’s a real serious start to the new year.
Great windows for sure.
That sets the tone for 2022, a year of top craftsmanship and shed time
Cheers Peter

Coming along nicely.
1216 windows = 64 pieces of frame = 128 miter cuts. The joys of mass production for this model. I could be out by 8 frame pieces, but if you made extras the numbers will be about right.
Just as well your not doing a W2 tram (yet) which has 14 windows down the side plus cab windows.
Keep up the good work. Hope your bowls are still proceeding.

Hi All,
Been quite a while since I posted on my tram.
Pennant Bowls has come to an end so I can put substantially more time in the shed. Grand Final in Midweek but no Premiership. Semi Final in Saturday Pennant but knocked out.
I have been lining inside and outside of the tram using 3mm MDF. Used bodyfiller and Timbermate to fill any crevices. Time consuming putting the lining boards between the windows.
I have made sliding cavity doors for the entry / exit of the tram.
Eventually the roof will be curved and have vertical skylight windows. (Lots to do on the roofing)
Good to be back in the shed.

Regards
Keith

You must have been robbed Keith, I thought you were club champion a few years running, bloody covid & lockdowns has dethroned the king!
BUT great to see you back in the shed working on the tram, Cheers Peter

What a great looking build, I can just imagine the conductor with his leather money bag and ticket punch walking the aisles.
