Come on Repliconics, tell me it runs !!!!
Whether it does or not, it'd certainly turn heads if you took it out for a drive.

Thanks Crowie, She don't run unless you push her down a hill.
It was built as a Billycart, the steering works.
But I dont think I'll take the chance.
To much work!

This thing is INSANE! Making it run with electric motors or something would be icing on the cake.
Any chance you have progress pics from during the build? Would love to see a retrospective build thread to find out how everything was done. How long did it take to complete? Very, very impressive work.Michael

Thanks Mate,
Glad you like it. The Outlaw took about a year to build, most of that was on the engine.
Building four strommies out of wood, is some thing I never wont to do again.
I'm sorry I dont have pics of it being built, I didn't give it much thorought at the time.
Just got caught up in the building.
A lot of people say I should put electric motors in my work.
But honestly if I did that, I may as well build the car. If you know what I mean.
Anyway thanks again, really glad you like it.

Thanks Kryn, I've entered the Outlaw in two comps.
One was the Scratchbuilt Model section of the Australian Modeling Open.
The entery form bid say any scale!
I was lucky enough to win that.
But the other which is my fav, was in a large Victorian country town (which shall remain nameless)
It was there local Show so I entered the Outlaw, and won first price in the "METALWORK" section.
Pretty happy with that!!!!!
Still got the certificate and ribbon, it's a "Hoot".
Cheers.
