Battleship
Hi
Am planning on making a battleship. It will probably be about 4 foot long. Any tips from you learned experts.

There are three way you could possible go with this to help with weight make the hull by using Plank on frame this is quite a long process the next is to make a block type construction which is making a solid block to the rough shape of the hull and then shaping the outside the third is similar to the second but before glueing the blocks you cut away material from the inside of the hull and again shaping the outside. I will have to see in my collection of model boats and hulls if I have any that I could take photos of as most of them have been painted so you can no longer see the build method in them.
As for the superstructure again the block method or make it like an upside down box this I know I have at least two I can take photo's of.
