Gary,
Fantastic work! And yes, the horses are a work of art themselves. How are you going to finish the horses and what kind of wood are they?
Cheers,
Jim

there they or had to start my pc over this thing is giveing me trouble,, the hoeses color will be a Dun, a reddish-yellow with darker stripe downthe middle of the back and the Cannon to the coronet band...as well as the tail an mane the eyei i make out of sandle wood it's a redish brown and has heep color to it i've got a long way to go but i'll not give up..i for got the wood the horses or made of the frist 4 or poplar that's from the coach the last 2 or pine but i've found that poplar works well and is stronger.. but it chips a bit ez so you watch that on places like the ears or the hoofs but it work well...

this is what the wood starts out like i glue 2 pices of 81/4 6'' wide togather then i glue a top with the grain running the same i glue a 4 1/4 on top giveing me a board that's 2 3/4'' wide that's how wide the horse needs to be at the last rib the widest part of a horse...it's hard to get wood that thick.. but this way glueing it togather it makes for a lot stronger pice than just one...here is how i progress on a horse...
Gary....
