G'Day Peter, I've seen a couple of "one off's" but never any plans.
You could have a go at doing a modification/adaptation of the Toys and Joys "Bucket Truck".
    Cheers, Peter

As Peter find a truck with a suitable body and cab for what you want and then add the mixer section by using photos of the real thing

Another option is the toy Concrete Truck on the "woodstore.net" website. Easy to make and modify.

From memory, you'll find the plan in the childrens furniute and toys drop-down menu.
