Just about the right time of year for them. Do you rough out these toys and then clean them up with a router and template?
What dia are the wheels you have been using on all these latest instalments as they look like they are possibly the same on all.Dallas

I cut on a bandsaw and then sand on a belt and disc sander plus an oscillating spindle sander. I have just bought a Makita trimmer which I may use with a pattern later on but for now I just using with a small round over bit to chamfer/arris the edges. My old Skil trimmer which is 45 years old is still working but it needs to be fed oil onto a felt pad which sits over the top bearing, squeals a bit when getting dry. All three push toys have 32mm wheels.
