i have a sandblasting machine at work that you can put a sheet of glass 3660 x 2440 and it is feed though on a convyer belt and sandblasted with 3 automatic guns,it also has 1 gun that you can use manually which is what i will use to do the bike.

OK Scotty.
We get the drift.
You use a large microscope to see what you are doing.
I wouldnt be able to see well enough to do those small things.
A credit to you Scotty.Keep it comingBack To Car Building & All The Sawdust.

Looks good actually, i was down in the shed tonite looking at the rear tyre i have brought for the next bike and it bigger than the on ive used now ,so i thought the bike will have to increase in size around 600-700mm maybe, i looked at the rod i had and thought ive got that covered but what do i do with the motor,i'll have to look for new base and bigger washers.i was that tempted to start the new chopper tonite but i thought no got to finish other one first so i got out of the shed and came inside. The new bike shouldnt take as long as this bike to build but you should be pretty impressed with it.Still have a few things to work out how to do yet but shouldnt be to hard to work out.
