    Post A Doll's Cradle

    Hi all...

Just finished this doll's cradle for my granddaughter...

i made it from some recycled timber from an old cupboard I demolished... Then a bit of gloss enamel, a few stickers and my wife made the bedding etc....

Since I have to take it to Singapore on Thursday, I also made it a flatpack....

A holy ( might be holey) head screw has a hole formed in the head of the screw to allow a small mushroom shaped plastic cover to hide the screw head .
As i could not see any screws in your assembled flat pack. I thought you might have used them or something similar.

Top Job "RobSys", A very nice piece of woodwork.
Your grand-daughter will be very pleased with your fine efforts.
Well done on the "flat pack" too, very clever.
    Cheers, Crowie

Hi Peter... Now I know what you mean...

...and no, I didn't use the holy system - mainly because small platic bits finish up in small mouths... often with unfortunate results...

Actually, I just painted the screw heads...
