I've been working with this program for ten years now, but I still start with sketches and paper, you know. I used to draw on millimetepaper for the first drawings, but the computer is so much easier. The program is an old one: GraphicWorks 3.0 and only for 2D. You could take the effort to learn it really pays in the long run. But most of the drawings start in my head...
