Default What happened to the tool company?

    Hi,

around 2008, I found a company that produced the WHEELRIGHT, a well thought tool to quickly produce toy wheels.
    thetoolcompany.net
Unfortunately, the website is down. Does anyone know what happened?
A copy of the old website can be found there: The Tool Company .

    Thanks.

It looks like it is adjustable to make several different size wheels, if I am right. I know our wood club has a similar type but I think it is just a one size and not adjustable.

Nobody has used it for years, I will have to go looking for it and see what it can do. It was purchased well before I joined the club five years ago but I have a feeling it might have come from Carb a Tec as I think I saw something similar in a catalogue.

They are not cheap though, at least double the price of what that site listed if I can remember correctly. I will have to research that because I am only guessing really.

I was reading this the other day and today I was flipping thru the woodworkers supply cat. and found this. I hope it helps. Here is the link. Woodworker.com: Woodtek 2-18 ROSETTE CUTTER
if the link doesn't work try to search the cat. number 119-666.

Thanks Cookie30. Even if this doesn't have the same practicality nor price as the wheelright, it maybe could do the job.
