Those wheels turned out superb. Your jig for cutting the tread has come out very accurate by the look of the photos. Nice fine blade you're using.
Thanks for the great tutorial for making them here and Lumberjocks.
I think you should change your name to htt (here to teach).

    Dallas I used a 40 tooth dewalt 7 1/4" blade for this.
On the teaching part I just like to blog about my projects then down the road I can look back and remember when and what I did.
Plus I like to read and learn from others how2's so pay ahead and learn.

It was your post on building the jig that got me fired up, I had the plans and was working on a jig in the back of my mind so you and Ducky got me motivated to get er done.
I know my jig ain't pretty but it got the job done and will make a few more some time.
One thing I won't do is use particle board again just too hard to work with especially near the edges.

I can understand your thinking on the particle board. MDF is so much easier to work with and more stable.

Tree I never use particle board but had a board leaned up and needed to use it and get it out of the way,
but sure wish I'd used something else can't really work up next to the edge which normally wouldn't be a problem but of course it was this time. lol.

I've found out something about myself in the last month I like to make wheels.
