    Default Jig for Tyre Tracks

As I mentioned in this tread A question on tools for making wheels,
I have made a jig for making tyre tracks on the table saw. I have now finished the plan, and it's ready for download on my website:
    playground-dk.

    You can get a 3D sketch-up model here: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/mod...7-38e27995801f.

    Any comments are welcome.

Thank you for that. A couple of questions about it.
Does it have runners on the bottom to run in the mitre slots?
Is the indexing wheel fixed on to the slotted knob?

    Thanks,
    Dallas

Yes, it shall have runners, I have not shown them, because I do not think there is any standard size.

No, the indexing wheel should be fixed to the treaded rod.

I think that the more you give the more you get, so don't know who is the winner here?

If one can see a solution to a problem, or another way of doing things, why not give your version.

I'm only pleased if anyone can use my proposals.
