Lightbulb Marble Machine - Wooden Mechanical Toy

    Hi Woodworkers,

I would like to share the video of this toy I have finished a few months ago. Plenty of fun watching the mechanisms and adventure of the marbles trying not to fall from the machine. No special tools, laser or cnc applied here. Only basic cutting tools, brazilian woods and lots of patience.

Thanks. Comments and suggestions are welcome. Pls share it if you like it.

    Best regards,
    GWeigert.

Hi. There were no plans. First, the mechanism to lift the balls was based (visually) on others automata machines and I tried to replicate that. The descent and the lifting arm came from a few ideas, building, testing and fixing, till it worked properly.

Some ideas came from my little daughters and I was challenged to make it work.

You can see that the descent part is a module that can be changed. So, the fun has not ended because we can try new descent ideas and change it anytime. Suggestions are welcome!

    Thanks,
    GWeigert.
