    Almost complete,finish sanding and seal it with clear coat..Oh and the dreaded wheel assembly needs finished..I'm struggling to figure out how to make it more realistic looking.Went with wood dowel instead of wire,I was having trouble shaping the metal the way i liked

    That looks awesome Mike. You never cease to amaze me. I am impressed by the way you made your rails. It is not as easy as it looks.

    About 3 hours in the rails,I started with metal rod,broke out two holes and that was enough

    For the wheel assembly check out this video. The wheels look very realistic. Might give you some ideas.

    Thanks for all of the encouragement,I'm in the process of going over different ways to make the wheel assembly,,that wooden railway,awesome wish I could do that sort of quality

    I love free wood,not the greatest but when you cut up small pieces,it doesnt matter
